At Easy Panels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project. If your wall panels aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the panels in their original protective wrapping and shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned panels for quality, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
